Workshops and Continuing Education
A great teacher never stops learning. Continuing education at Monterey Bay Contrology is rooted in the legacy of Bob Liekens, co-founder of The Pilates Standard. Workshops are presented by studio owner Alexandra Edwards, a NCPT® certified, second-generation classical Pilates instructor and TPS teacher trainer.
All Monterey Bay Contrology workshops have been approved by the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP) for continuing education credits.
